Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino

Helo!
Malam ni nak try masak lain dr spagetti bolongnaise...busan...balik2 bolongnaise.. pikior2 hah! dpt idea nk masak Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino.
Perghhhhh! Bunyi dia macam 3 hari 3 malam nak kene prepare kan??? Dasat betul tajuk menu hari nih...tapi makna dia cuma spaghetti masak ngan garlic, olive oil dan chilli peppers jek... :P
Tuan2 puan2 jangan panik! Senang jek nak membuatnyer...tahap kesenangan nye = buat Mi Sedap Terasa2x
Jom kita nengok caner nak buat nate alah nih..
Nih bahan utama..virgin olive oil and garlics....aiks!! all the chilli peppers x interprem??? Ai masukkan segala peppers (black, white and red)
Aku guna apa yg ada kat umah jek...nih hommade meat ball...since ai guna fresh minced meat, dia x lekat2 macam yg frozen type sbb xde lemak...jadik kene tambah sket tepung jagung...jgn lupa seasoning kan sket ngan black/white pepper...lepas tu bola2 kan dia n goreng dlm olive oil
Lepas meatball tu dah masak...saute (tumis) chopped garlic...sampe kekuningan....
Lepas tu..gorengkan squid..bila squid dah masak...masukkan spagetti yang dah dicelur...goreng macam masak mi gorengs...lepas tu masukan chicken broth (biasa aku pakai chicken stock megi yg dlm botol tu...bancuh 1 sudu dalam 1/2 cawan air..air nih utk lembutkan sket spagetti tu..klu x kering bonar jadiknyer....season with black, white pepper...pastu red chilli powder or flakes...kuantiti bergantung pada tahap kepedasan tuan-puan...kacau2 sket..siap!
Inilah al-hasilnyer...
