Rebung Goreng Pemalas... (resepi mcm ni pn ada??)

Salam puan2...heheh..lama siot x update blog...pikior2 tah resepi apa nk di sharekan...nengok2 album lama maka ternampaklah gambor rebung yg pemalas nih...spesel kn tajuk resepi dia? hurmmmm rasa dia pn spesel tw...as usual resepi angjaib lagi menarik nih di ceduk dr...http://www.myresipi.com/top/detail/5606

2 genggam rebung putih (bole rebung sukat pki genggam2x?huhu) 
segenggam ikan bilis yg bersih
seulas bawang putih
3-4 ulas bawang merah
lada besar/capsicum hiris2 (xde pn xpe...saje gatal letak ari  tu)
biji cili padi (agak2sendiri...nk pedas letak lebih)
kunyit hidup/serbuk pn bole..x yah pn xpe..xde hal..
garam, gula, perasa secukupnye
cara2 nk masak
kisar ikan bilis, cili padi, kunyit, bwg putih & bwg merah
tumis semua bhn kisar sampai garing...
masukkan rebung...capsicum..garam..gula..agak2 tw sbb ikan bilis dh masin..
goreng smpai kering..siap!

BuDu??? Eeeee geli...or Ermmmmm Sedapnyer



Ramai yg geli ngan budu nih...tp ada jugak peminat tegar...cthnyer sayalah...heheh...kebanyakannyer yg geli ngan budu nih sbb proses penyediaannye yg agak x hygiene..kgkwn yg geli nor ngan budu nih buat memacam citer nk suh saya geli ngan budu...tp x jalan! dorg siap ckp kt saya..kalo saya nengok sendri caner dorg wat budu..konpom saya xkn jamah lg benda cute yg bernama budu nih....walau bgaimanapun...jangkaan dorg meleset...setelah saya nengok prosess pembuatannyer di salah satu program dokumentari, kasih sayang saya pd budu tidak terjejas lgsung! muahahah!

Minced Beef Casserole Sandwich with BBQ Cheese

Fresh from oven..yummy!!

This time i nk share original resepi ciptaan sendiri...nama nyer sperti yg tertera di atas...cam glemer2 gitu kn nama dia..heheh...resepi nih aku buat ms bulan pose ari tu...tetibe jek dpt idea nih…simple & sekejap jek nk prepare…cubalah!

Bahan2
Minced beef ramly (brand len pun ok gak..nk pakai ayam pun bole) bersihkan…2 bungkus
Chopped onion n garlic (agak2 ar utk menumis)
12 keping Roti sandwich (bergantung pd saiz bekas pembakar)
BBQ Slice cheese (yg original pun ok)
Cherry tomato or sliced tomato..kuantiti ikut selera
Rempah kari
Mentega
Sos cili/tomato

Cara2 dia..
Tumis onion n garlic lepas tu masukkan minced beef, rempah kari n perasa secukupnyer…biar sampai air daging kering

Sapu permukaan n tepi2 Casserole ngan mentega…(kalo xde casserole, leh pki loyang biasa..xde hal!)

Sapukan permukaan roti ngan butter…sapu sos cili/tomato (ikut selera) susun atas casserole…susun tomato….susun cheese…letakkan minced beef n ratakan….ulang semula susunan….dgn cheese…follow by tomato n roti….sapukan gak mentega kt permukaan roti bahagian atas supaya bila bakar nanti nmpak cantik n menyelerakan….bakar sampai roti bahagian atas dh agak2 brown...jgn sampai rentung plak...temperature agak2lah..jgn tinggi sgt...120-150degC should be ok.. :)

Optional (x yah pun xpe)
Sos Cendawan…utk tuang kt ateh sandwich tu nanti..
Campbell mushroom soup 1 tin
Mentega
Chopped garlic utk tumis
Cendawan butang 1 tin…hiris2kan
Kiub daging seketul (brand tesco)

Cara2
Panaskan mentega..tumis garlic..masukkan mushroom soup n cendawan butang…n kiub daging…masak hingga mendidih…x yah isi perasa sbb dah masin…kalau pekat sgt..tambah air sikit…

Pisang kena sumpah jadik popiah!!!

Salam....
aku kn pening menengokkan pisang yg mak aku bagi...x bergerak! dekat seminggu ada aku rs umur dia kt umah aku nih...yg 4 bijik cenonet2 (pisang emas kot...aku nih buta pisang...pisang montel jek aku kenal sbb ada label) tu dh start nk lunyai.....aku dok lar pikir2 idea nk meng'adjust' pisang nih...hurmmm dlm ms tu aku pun search lar kt myresepi.. http://www.myresipi.com/top/detail/3611 .. hah! popiah pisang! harusss cuba! al-hasilnyer silalah ke bawah..heheh

Hari nih i nk share resepi siakap..as a working mother..i kn bz nk masak2 yg remeh2...jadi i ihlamkan resepi simple nih utk kaum2 hawa yg bz mcm i di luar sn....kaum hawa yg x bz pun boley cuba gak...x langgar undang2..heheh

Amat mudah di sediakn n lazat...  

Bahan-bahan ( 3 org mkn )

  • Untuk menggoreng ikan: 1 ekor siakap saiz sederhana 3 sudu besar tepung jagung 2 sudu kecil kunyit serbuk garam secukup rasa
  • Untuk Sos: 1 Kiub Tomyam (apa2 brand) 3 ulas bwg besar di mayang bulat2 3 ulas bwg putih di mayang 1 inci halia di hiris 10 biji cili api 3 sudu besar sos cili 3 sudu besar sos tomato 3 sudu besar kicap manis garam, gula n perasa secukup rasa

Cara-cara

  1. salut ikan dgn bahan2 menggoreng ikan n goreng ikan secara deep fry. Tumis Bawang Besar, bawang putih and halia sampai naik bau..masukkan kiub tomyamn segala sos2..and sedikit air..jgn sampai cair...masukkan cili api (boleh diketuk, hiris or sebiji2),,masukkn garam, gula n perasa secukup rasa..bila dah naik minyak..tutup api..tuang sos diatas ikan ........Selamat Mencuba!

Steak Kg Baru?????

Ek eh...cepat nor nk resepi! Baca citer tukang karut dulu klu nk resepi ok? :)
Kg. Baru KL mmg terkenal ngan steakhouse dia…aku penah mkn sekali jek kt situ.. x ingat plak restoran yg mn satu aku pegi..sbb waktu tu dah awal pagi…mata and fikiran pun mcm x berapa nk focus..yg pasti aku ingat ngan saper aku pegi… someone special :’) (when we have another chance to repeat that moment?)

Di sebabkn memori itu…tergerak utk aku berkongsi ttg steakhouse yg ada kat Baru tu…

Di kg Baru nih ada byk gak steakhouse..tapi yg glamour antaranya ialah..top 3 di bawah nih (tp x ikut turutan yer.....klu x silap aku lah…yelar..baru mkn skali memandai2 plak bg ranking,,,heheh)

1.       HR Steak House
Steak House ni terletak di No. 56, Jalan Raja Alang, Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur. Landmark dia, beberapa meter lepas masjid and berhadapan wisma hijrah. Tempat ni di gemari sbb antara yg meng'offer"kan harga yg berpatutan and portionnyer agak byk...(seswai utk owrg yg poket kecik tp tangki besau! heheh))
Antara menunyer...chicken Grill, Chicken Gordon Blue, Mix Grill Combo, Sizzling Salmon. Price range dlm lebih kurang RM7-RM20 per meal...murah kan???




2.       Chops & Steaks (The Ship)
Ada yg claim, Chop n Steak ni paling femes among the other steak house kt kg baru. n terletak behind Masjid Jamik Kg Baru. Restoran nih also known as The Ship..naper? agaknyer sbb ada kapal kecil yg jadik kaunter bayaran dan mini dapur. Ada sumber bgtau pada tahun 1999, restoran nih cuma ada layar kapal, jet ski dan stering kapal. Lagi satu, dorg kata klu order kt sini..masa menunggu x lambat..so, xde ler sampai tumbuh janggut baru dpt mkn..heheh..harga kt sini pun dorg kata reasonable.  Antara specialities Chop N Steak's  adalah T-Bone steak, chicken gordon blue, chicken chop, and fish and chips. Price range lebey kureng RM6-RM15...air buah dlm 500ml plak RM2 jek! murrah giler!!!

3.       Stable Steak House

 Stable Steak House yang terletak di bawah bangunan flat PKNS, Kampung Baru. The first steakhouse in Kampung Baru that was opened in 1998.  Mqkqn kt sini ada aura2 koboi! menu dia..Stable seafood steak, black russian steak, black stallion steak, elephant ear steak?? .erkkk! Actually, nama2 menunyer di ilhamkan dr nama2 kuda... Harga??? x mahal pun..lebih kurang cam lelain yg kat ateh tu :)

Daging kambing sekeping dlm besar sikit dr piring cawan..marinate daging kambing ngan garlic, lada hitam yg di tumbuk and minyak zaitun(xde minyak zaitun, minyak cap kelapa sawit pun boley..plg kurg sejam) pehtu masak dlm kuali x lengket..tutup kuali..api jgn kuat sgt...bior sampai masak...sekali sekala terbalik2kan...

utk kuah die..

tumis garlic ngan butter..dh naik bau n kuning2..masukkan stok daging...klu pemalas.. nk prepare stok..guna yg kiub brand Tesco perisa lembu..moooooo.... heheh..lepas tu masukkaan sos lada hitam (suka ati korang ler nk pakai brand aper)..lada hitam kisar..klu nk pekat..masukan tepung jagung...jgn byk sgt! kang jadik kuih bingka black pepper! :D kalo suka yg hitam2 manis...masukkan kicap manis...atau leh masukkan mushroom soup campbell...biasanyer..last masukkan garam n gula...(ingat! kalo dh masukkan stok ke, kicap ke, mushroom soup ke..agak2 sket ms bubuh garam..silap2 xyah buh garam lg..)

Rendang pedas kerang..pantai remis style

Nih lom kering sgt...blom tabur daun kunyit pn lagik..heheh
salam sumer!
Nk gitaw, last week kita ada wat makan2 sempena hari raya...
Salah satu menunye ialah rendang pedang kerang..:)
apa yg spesel rendang nih??? ahha! sbb resepinyer di datangi khas dr pantai remis perak..heheh
ihsan dr opah....kita terpikir nk wat resepi ni utk jamuan sbb mungkin owrg johor jarang atau x penah jumpa menu nih...jadik lain ler sikit dr umah2 yg lain...
buatnyer xler payah nor..lebur jek...lawannyer yg compatible ialah ketupat palas or lemang...
resepi ringkas seperti berikut:-
"rendang pedas kerang version opah"

bwg merah, putih, halia n cili kering--bhn blend A (x yah pakai kunyit)
lengkuas, serai --bhn blend B

lebur jek (x yah tumis) kerang yg dh kopek kulit, bhn blend A & B, santan, kerisik, letak garam,gula, asam jawa sket jek..bila dh pekat masukan hirisan daun kunyit..nk bberkuah boleh, basah2 boleh..kering pn boleh

Nasi Lemak Buah Bidara

Kerna kekasih..ku turutkan...
Ni ler rupe nasik lemak yg aku masak...yg tertonggok kt ateh nasik tu ikan blanak masin..kelasss taw rasa dia..
Mlm ni aku prepare nasik lemak utk dinner...tp yg aku nk story sebenornyer bukannyer pasal nasik lemak sgt...tp pasal sambal dia...aku buat sambal dia pakai "sayap sotong"....first time aku rasa sambal "sayap sotong" nih masa makan kt gerai Nasi Lemak Kukus Anggerik" (femes gak arr gerai nih kt jb) tp xde plak aku memasang angan2 nk masak "sayap sotong" nih...cuma kebetulan masa aku beli2 brg pasar kt Pasar SMART Jb...masa tuh aku kt dlm Midas Mart (supermarket yg ada kt dlm pasar SMART) aku terjumpa menda alah nih kat bahagian ikan2 bilis..ikan2 kering...xde lah mahal harga dia (dlm dua hengget lebih jek/100gm)...tu yg buat hati aku tergerak utk membelinyer n hari ni terealisasilah sambal "sayap sotong" aku... nk masak dia x yah rendam lama2...basuhjek dia dah lembut...recommended! Selamat mencuba!

Tiramisu in the making

Salam....smlm aku buat majlis makan2 ringkas sempena raya...terlanjur tu..celebrate ler bday anak aku yg kecik Si Akim..yg ke-4 thn...kek bday dia julung2 kali nyer aku mengambil risiko utk buat sendiri...n today aku n share ngan korg hasil eksperimen cabuk ku ini..silakan....

ni bhn2nyer...yg sedeynyer "lady finger" xde setelah 3  hari pencarian di cold storage, tesco, jusco dan di  kedai2 kek berhampiran...so, aku gunalah london roll vanilla with milk cream
london roll yg telah di bukak plastiknyer...sensitif london roll nih..lembut sesangat..so, ms wat keje membuka plastik dia kena handle with care..huhu
cream  cheese dicampurkan ngan whipped cream...kalo pakai "lady finger", biasa aku pukul cream cheese, whipped cream n gula icing...sbb lady finger x berapa manis...since aku guna london roll, aku xler letak gula icing sbb london roll tu dah manis..nanti manis melekat lak jdnyer..

pukul sampai lembut...tangan kenit tu tangan si Akim...mmg rajin nolong dia nih...kek ni pun utk bday dia.. :)
ni rupa creme cheese n whipped cream yg dh kena pukul habis-habisan :)
ok..sesi susun menyusun dh tiba! biasa aku wat tiramisu serve dlm bekas jek..nk makan main ceduk2 jek..tp this time nk kena kuarkn dia sbb nk wat kek bday si Akim tu...risau gak kek tu lembik xleh berdiri..haish...carik2 bekas yg seswai pun xde...yg ada pun bentuk dia x berapa nk square...ahhh! blasah je lar....ok, utk memulakn sesi menyusun nih, aku alas bekas ngan plastik dulu...lpas tu aku letak creame cheese...then, susun london roll yg dh dicelup ngan air nescafe...(nengok next pic)
bancuh nes dlm air suam..xyah buh gula...nih kegunaannyer utk celup london roll
lepas dh susun london roll, lapis kn ngan creame chesse...ulang proses nih sampai abissss
ni ler si Akim yg rajin sgt nolong ibu :)
ada satu london roll yg cacat! perisa pandan! cuba teka yg mn? naper tetiba ada pulau pandan jauh ketengah? sbb uje abg si akim dh sebat satu london roll milk creame tuh...dah x cukup korum...sib bek ada london roll perisa pandan yg Yatt (salah sorg member kamcing aku) bagi anak aku ms beraya umah dia semalam..huhu...lepas tu masuk freezer...biarkn lagi bagus 24jam
yes! deko time! x pandai sebenornyer...(kek nih after 24hrs kt freezer..oklah kuarkn dia dr bekas cuma bentuk herot2 ket) icing instant kaler hitam aku jumpe kt cold storage ms misi mencarik "lady finger" (lain yg di carik, lain plak yg dpt), m&m sket utk meriah2kn kek tu..sbb aku dpt rskn hasilnyer nnti tah pape..huhu...and edible image toy story nih plak aku tempah  nih kt http://www.edibleprint.com.my/

SUDUT ILMIAH plak...jgn tau buat jek tp xtau asal usul mende yg di buat...ok Tiramisu nih asal dr itali...fuyooo!! ianya x di masak e.g bakar/kukus etc...masuk dlm freezer jek..jd amatlah seswai bg anda2 dan saya yg tidak mempunyai oven  di rumah..heheh..Tiramisu nih biasa serve lembik2...main cedok2 jek nk mkn dia..bahan utama dia ialah biskut "lady finger" or "savoy" (yg aku carik mcm nk rak! tp x dpt..huhu), mascarpone cheese (yg ni pn payah nk dpt..biasa kt cold storage n leh tahan mahal!), whipped creame...serbuk koko n kopi...Asal-usul dan pencipta tiramisu sering menjadi bahan perdebatan, tapi bole ler dikatakan baru dlm era pembuatan kek..dia bknnyer klasik or resepi kuno. Tiramisu tak pernah dengar dalam mana2 rujukan masakan hingga tahun 1983. Dalam buku La marca gastronomica terbitan tahun 1998, Fernando dan Tina Raris menulis bahawa tiramisu adalah kek penemuan baru. Walaupun demikian, keduanya menyebut bahawa resepi tiramisu iras2 dengan resepi kek hidangan penutup yang dimuat di buku masak Yunani. Selain itu, Fernando dan Tina Raris mengutip artikel yang menyebut tiramisu diciptakan di kota Treviso pada tahun 1971.
Berbagai literatur masakan, termasuk majalah masakan Vin Veneto terbitan tahun 1981, Giuseppe Maffioli dan Annibale Toffolo menyebut ahli kue Roberto Linguanotto (Loly Linguanotto) dari rumah makan "Le Beccherie" di Treviso sebagai pencipta tiramisu. Kisah lain mengatakan kek ini berasal dari kota Siena. Sejumlah ahli masakan mengatakan tiramisu dibuat sebagai penghormatan bagi Cosimo III yang datang mengunjungi kota Siena.
