Hi there! Tonight im having supper after almost a year i did'nt do it. All this because my lil 4yrs old chipmunk, Akim told me that his stomach grawling...i prepare him square cream cracker spread with peanut butter...he ate one bite n return it back to me n said it taste bitter...huhu..am thinking what to prepare instantly yet tempting for my lil chipmunk...ahha! idea! potato wedges.. :D

hurmmm...i prepare homemade burger...all my 3 heroes love it very much...si akim kenit tu pun leh abihkan sebijik burger! Actually, nih bukan ler julung2 kalinyer i wat burger...dh few times dh buat..cuma xde kerja nk ngambik2 gambor nih..skang jek sejak dua menjak gatal berblog2 bagai..huhu...oklah xmoh merapu lg...silalah jenguk2 caner i prepare burger nih ^_^
Kali nih i x sapu butter kt roti..i cairkan kt pan lepas tu letak roti burger yg dh dibelah tu..xde spesel reason pun wat cmtu...i terpaksa wat cmtu sbb butter tu sejuk beku keras mcm batu bata..huhu..tp this mtd i rs better than sapu direct kt roti...ia lebih garing
x main daging2 burger sejuk beku tu yer dik non! nih buatan tangan tw..minced meat pun bkn yg frozen2..tp bole kalo nk guna yg frozen...i saje jek ngengade...daging nih i letak black pepper ngan lada sulah...xde garam..sbb i pki pepper aji shio so, dh ada perasa.
Pastu tepek2 ler buat bentuk mcm daging burger..i suke tetebal sket...yg i buat tuh ikut saiz umur..heheheh
sesi pembahagian harta...heheheh...(nih i silap sket rsnyer...patut cheese letak kt bahagian bwh..nk tw kenapa? jap gi u all tw..teruskan membaca)

I love to eat mushroom..lately iam addicted to "bunashimeji mushroom" and fresh button mushroom. I cooked in my dishes, sauses, and also breading it with kentucky flour..its really tempting but, i missed to snap the photos.

Chopped onion n garlic (agak2 ar utk menumis)
12 keping Roti sandwich (bergantung pd saiz bekas pembakar)
BBQ Slice cheese (yg original pun ok)
Cherry tomato or sliced tomato..kuantiti ikut selera
Rempah kari
Mentega
Sos cili/tomato
Cara2 dia..
Tumis onion n garlic lepas tu masukkan minced beef, rempah kari n perasa secukupnyer…biar sampai air daging kering
Sapu permukaan n tepi2 Casserole ngan mentega…(kalo xde casserole, leh pki loyang biasa..xde hal!)
Sapukan permukaan roti ngan butter…sapu sos cili/tomato (ikut selera) susun atas casserole…susun tomato….susun cheese…letakkan minced beef n ratakan….ulang semula susunan….dgn cheese…follow by tomato n roti….sapukan gak mentega kt permukaan roti bahagian atas supaya bila bakar nanti nmpak cantik n menyelerakan….bakar sampai roti bahagian atas dh agak2 brown...jgn sampai rentung plak...temperature agak2lah..jgn tinggi sgt...120-150degC should be ok.. :)

Panaskan mentega..tumis garlic..masukkan mushroom soup n cendawan butang…n kiub daging…masak hingga mendidih…x yah isi perasa sbb dah masin…kalau pekat sgt..tambah air sikit…

Untuk Sos: 1 Kiub Tomyam (apa2 brand) 3 ulas bwg besar di mayang bulat2 3 ulas bwg putih di mayang 1 inci halia di hiris 10 biji cili api 3 sudu besar sos cili 3 sudu besar sos tomato 3 sudu besar kicap manis garam, gula n perasa secukup rasa
Cara-cara
salut ikan dgn bahan2 menggoreng ikan n goreng ikan secara deep fry. Tumis Bawang Besar, bawang putih and halia sampai naik bau..masukkan kiub tomyamn segala sos2..and sedikit air..jgn sampai cair...masukkan cili api (boleh diketuk, hiris or sebiji2),,masukkn garam, gula n perasa secukup rasa..bila dah naik minyak..tutup api..tuang sos diatas ikan ........Selamat Mencuba!

Steak House ni terletak di No. 56, Jalan Raja Alang, Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur. Landmark dia, beberapa meter lepas masjid and berhadapan wisma hijrah. Tempat ni di gemari sbb antara yg meng'offer"kan harga yg berpatutan and portionnyer agak byk...(seswai utk owrg yg poket kecik tp tangki besau! heheh)) Antara menunyer...chicken Grill, Chicken Gordon Blue, Mix Grill Combo, Sizzling Salmon. Price range dlm lebih kurang RM7-RM20 per meal...murah kan???
2.Chops & Steaks (The Ship)
Ada yg claim, Chop n Steak ni paling femes among the other steak house kt kg baru. n terletak behind Masjid Jamik Kg Baru. Restoran nih also known as The Ship..naper? agaknyer sbb ada kapal kecil yg jadik kaunter bayaran dan mini dapur. Ada sumber bgtau pada tahun 1999, restoran nih cuma ada layar kapal, jet ski dan stering kapal. Lagi satu, dorg kata klu order kt sini..masa menunggu x lambat..so, xde ler sampai tumbuh janggut baru dpt mkn..heheh..harga kt sini pun dorg kata reasonable. Antara specialities Chop N Steak's adalah T-Bone steak, chicken gordon blue, chicken chop, and fish and chips. Price range lebey kureng RM6-RM15...air buah dlm 500ml plak RM2 jek! murrah giler!!!
3.Stable Steak House
Stable Steak House yang terletak di bawah bangunan flat PKNS, Kampung Baru. The first steakhouse in Kampung Baru that was opened in 1998. Mqkqn kt sini ada aura2 koboi! menu dia..Stable seafood steak, black russian steak, black stallion steak, elephant ear steak?? .erkkk! Actually, nama2 menunyer di ilhamkan dr nama2 kuda... Harga??? x mahal pun..lebih kurang cam lelain yg kat ateh tu :)

Daging kambing sekeping dlm besar sikit dr piring cawan..marinate daging kambing ngan garlic, lada hitam yg di tumbuk and minyak zaitun(xde minyak zaitun, minyak cap kelapa sawit pun boley..plg kurg sejam) pehtu masak dlm kuali x lengket..tutup kuali..api jgn kuat sgt...bior sampai masak...sekali sekala terbalik2kan...
utk kuah die..
tumis garlic ngan butter..dh naik bau n kuning2..masukkan stok daging...klu pemalas.. nk prepare stok..guna yg kiub brand Tesco perisa lembu..moooooo.... heheh..lepas tu masukkaan sos lada hitam (suka ati korang ler nk pakai brand aper)..lada hitam kisar..klu nk pekat..masukan tepung jagung...jgn byk sgt! kang jadik kuih bingka black pepper! :D kalo suka yg hitam2 manis...masukkan kicap manis...atau leh masukkan mushroom soup campbell...biasanyer..last masukkan garam n gula...(ingat! kalo dh masukkan stok ke, kicap ke, mushroom soup ke..agak2 sket ms bubuh garam..silap2 xyah buh garam lg..)

resepi ringkas seperti berikut:-
"rendang pedas kerang version opah"
bwg merah, putih, halia n cili kering--bhn blend A (x yah pakai kunyit) lengkuas, serai --bhn blend B
lebur jek (x yah tumis) kerang yg dh kopek kulit, bhn blend A & B, santan, kerisik, letak garam,gula, asam jawa sket jek..bila dh pekat masukan hirisan daun kunyit..nk bberkuah boleh, basah2 boleh..kering pn boleh
Ni ler rupe nasik lemak yg aku masak...yg tertonggok kt ateh nasik tu ikan blanak masin..kelasss taw rasa dia..
Mlm ni aku prepare nasik lemak utk dinner...tp yg aku nk story sebenornyer bukannyer pasal nasik lemak sgt...tp pasal sambal dia...aku buat sambal dia pakai "sayap sotong"....first time aku rasa sambal "sayap sotong" nih masa makan kt gerai Nasi Lemak Kukus Anggerik" (femes gak arr gerai nih kt jb) tp xde plak aku memasang angan2 nk masak "sayap sotong" nih...cuma kebetulan masa aku beli2 brg pasar kt Pasar SMART Jb...masa tuh aku kt dlm Midas Mart (supermarket yg ada kt dlm pasar SMART) aku terjumpa menda alah nih kat bahagian ikan2 bilis..ikan2 kering...xde lah mahal harga dia (dlm dua hengget lebih jek/100gm)...tu yg buat hati aku tergerak utk membelinyer n hari ni terealisasilah sambal "sayap sotong" aku... nk masak dia x yah rendam lama2...basuhjek dia dah lembut...recommended! Selamat mencuba!
